Fantastic Service
Fantastic service from front desk, quiet, comfy rooms & excellent meals. Beautiful bay view room made my whole stay worthwhile even in cold weather.
Great stay at The Frobisher
Staff were very helpful and dinner at the Frob restaurant, within the hotel, was excellent too. We so enjoyed the Inuit artisans bringing their beautiful work into the restaurant while we were eating dinner.
Great place to stay
If you’re in Iqaluit, the Frobisher is a great place to stay. Staff nice, rooms not huge but good sized. The two restaurants do a solid job with nice daily specials. There’s an onsite convenience store, ATM, coffee bar, and gym. Also, if you’re working for the Nunavut gvmt, the main building is attached to the Frobisher so you don’t even have to go outside :)
Good location
Good location; nice room; my 'go to' choice of hotel in Iqaluit. Convenient for business travelers; shuttle to airport; I like that the rooms have a microwave in fridge, as that helps with the costs of eating in the town.
BEST place to stay in Iqaluit!
I have been living in Nunavut for a year and a half now and have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times since I moved up here and it has always been a positive experience. The staff are some of the friendliest and kindest people you'll ever meet and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one.
The rooms are always clean and the pillows are comfy...
